Is AXXIS dead?
Dear customers,
during the past 2 months, AXXIS was in a coma!
Personal health issues have hindered my involvement in the company. This led to a decline in my financial security, eventually left me broken, and thus AXXIS fell in a coma with me!

But those days are gone! I am determined to get the company back on track!

The AXXIS Forum has been discontinued, as it didn't serve any significant purpose, it was infested with spammers while I was gone, and the extra load of it is something I cannot handle for now.

Support will also be halted for now. I will only accept customization assignments.
This is because I decided to take the big step and re-design and re-program all AXXIS products from scratch.
Why? For many many reasons!
  1. I plan to integrate all the products under one Framework, since all of them are using similar functionality! This will make upgrading all of them easier, all products will benefit from more new features, etc.
  2. I plan to change the license of use.
  3. In the future the AXXIS Framework will serve as a stand-alone community.
  4. I plan to support all Joomla versions from now on. Yes, Joomla3 is included.
  5. I plan to support responsive design by the use of Twitter's Bootstrap Framework, HTML5, and CSS3. This will make sure AXXIS products look best no matter the screen, be it desktop, tablet, or smart phone. This will also make sure the products follow the design of your Joomla3 template.
  6. And yes, Joomla 1.5 product versions will be responsive too! Out of the box! Don't know about your template though..

I have already started working on this! SuperGroups & SuperEvents are the first components who will take the big change. Please see SuperGroups images below.

A public beta phase will open soon for users who are willing to test the components and give me feedback.
In case you are interested in participating in the beta stage of the development, please use the "Contact Us" form to contact me with your info, the site where you are going to test the beta version, and the reason you want to participate. Soon enough, you will receive an email with a confirmation (or not) of your approval for beta testing, and eventually with a copy of SuperGroups and/or SuperEvents for you to test out.

Stay tuned, stay faithful, and thank you for staying with me in these hard times,
Chris
