Is the source code encrypted?
Absolutely not! It's not even minified. Everything is 100% open and editable to you with the exception of some files that hold some initiating variables, the verification check, and some innovative functionality we may protect from prying eyes for a period of time.

Are updates in the future free?
All updates are free if you have an active support subscription. With your initial purchase, you get a year of support free of charge. You may renew your support subscription whenever you need, for one more year.

Can I use AXXIS software with another language?
Absolutely! All our extensions are extremely easy to use with another language. Some of our members have provided language files already. If you don't find yours, you can convert the language yourself through a single language file.

How many users can AXXIS extensions handle?
This answer widely depends on how powerful your server is. We have customers running more than 20,000 online users with no problems, but shared servers will most likely be able to handle less.

I've purchased an AXXIS product; where is my login information?
Typically, you should have received your information near instantly to your email address that you used to pay (remember to check your spam folder). However, our fraud check can take up to 2 hours to verify your information. If it has been longer than that, please contact us and we'll check on the status of your order.

Are AXXIS purchases a one-time fee?
Yes, but to continue receiving updates to the software, support access, and more, you'll need to renew your subscription every year. There are no penalties if you forget to renew in time.

How soon will I be able to download after purchase?
Usually you can download almost instantly. Once our fraud check is complete (no longer than 2 hours, usually instantly), we'll send you an email with your login information.

Can I purchase AXXIS products even though I don't have a domain yet?
Yes! You can purchase any AXXIS extension now, and update your registered domain name later. Most of the time, registration is done by the software automatically, so you will not even notice it.

What is your refund policy?
As with all digital goods, we do not offer any refunds, without prior investigation on the reason of the refund request. If we conclude that the software is not functioning on your site as advertized, we will refund your purchase immediately.

Do AXXIS extensions work with <insert integration> <insert version>?
The short answer, yes. Whether or not you will need to customize the installation depends on if you're running a supported integration.

How many times can I install with one license?
We allow one live installation and one test installation. You cannot upload any AXXIS commercial extension more than once on a server for any reason unless it is for testing purposes. You will need a separate license for each installation. You may install AXXIS non-commercial extensions as many times as you want.

Do you offer an unlimited license?
Absolutely! To receive a custom quote, please contact us with as much information as possible about what you're trying to achieve.

Can I transfer a license to someone else?
No, an AXXIS license is non-transferable. If you sell your website, the new owner will need to purchase new copies of AXXIS products.

How easy is it to customize the AXXIS extensions?
Extremely Easy! Most of our products come with extensive Configuration options in the admin-panel. Languages are easily translatable by editing a single language-file. Since each site has different CSS needs, and uses different CSS styles, which make it unique, all AXXIS products come with extensive CSS styling rules and CSS files (templates), so each webmaster may shape the display any way he/she wants. Our images can also be replaced by custom ones easily.

Will AXXIS do any custom modifications, applications, themes, etc?

Do I get support with my purchase?
We provide complimentary support for 1 year. Our excellent team of in-house support personnel are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service.

Can I extend my support time?
Absolutely! You can extend your support at any time.

What types of issues does support cover?
Understandably, our products have been tested with all the native Joomla templates and extensions, to function error-free, and as advertised (Joomla extensions).
We also test them with a series of 3rd party Joomla templates, before releasing them to the public.
Upon release of the product, our support is limited to the functionality of the product as described (a Joomla extension), which means our support doesn't cover conflicts with other than Joomla native software.
Our support team will assist with initial Software installation, general questions related to the script and technical errors encountered during the normal use of unmodified script. We cannot assist with customization of the script, the design, or installation on custom websites.

Do you have phone support?
We do provide phone support. But since all support issues must go through the support team, most of the time the recipient of your call will prompt you to submit a support ticket instead. Phone support is useful for emergency situations, eg. our web hosting services. For all other support requests, we strongly recommend using our online ticket system. This way, all your ticket information is neatly kept together in one place.

How long should I wait before getting an answer to my support ticket?
Normally, we answer all tickets within a 2-days period. It may take longer, depending on the importance of the ticket, and on our workload. If you require a faster resolution of your ticket, please call us, or reply on your ticket with a request.

Why don't I get any support on the AXXIS Forum?
Our forum is a place for discussion on our extensions, exchanging suggestions and ideas, and a place for pre-sales inquiries and general questions on functionality. In case of a support request, the online ticket system should be used instead.

How do I install an AXXIS product?
To install an AXXIS product, please follow this guide:

How do I re-install/uninstall an AXXIS extension?
To re-install/uninstall a component, module, or plugin, go through the Joomla Extension Manager. To update an extension, simply install the new version, without uninstalling the previous one. The new version will upgrade any older versions of the software.
If you are re-installing/uninstalling a Community Builder plugin, you must go through the Community Builder plugin management. Community Builder doesn't offer updating, so you will have to uninstall previous version to install new one.
Don't forget to take a backup of what you are planning to update, before actually performing the update! This is a golden rule for AXXIS as any other software.

How do I move an AXXIS product to a new server?
Go to our Customer Support page, login, and click on the registered URL next to your product(s). You will be able to change it to whatever you like. There is no restriction on how many times you change your URL, and all changes are effective instantly! You don't even need to notify us whenever you are changing servers/domains.

Do you provide free installation on my site?
Yes we do! Currently, our free installation service takes anywhere from 1-3 business days after the fraud check is complete. In rare circumstances, it can take longer.

How secure is my personal customer information on your server?
All the information recorded on our database that identifies you as a customer is 100% secure. We use state-of-the-art 256bit encrypted secure SSL connection to display this information to you, and the same connection is used whenever you submit any data on our Customer Support page.

How secure are AXXIS purchases?
All AXXIS purchases are processed by PayPal, the most secure and reliable way of purchasing online. Initially, no sensitive information is kept on the AXXIS site, or submitted to PayPal. What is the release date of <insert feature, version, etc>?
Typically, we do not provide release dates for any products. We found that promising a date and then missing that date would make our customers upset. Surprising our customers with new updates out of nowhere has worked much better for our team. In the rare event that we do annouce a release date, it will be posted on our news page.
